I was put in the difficult position of having to sell a condo, not in good condition, of a deceased family member. Tammy was amazing in her marketing of the property, recruiting people to fix what needed to be fixed, keeping me informed of all developments, and reassuring me when there were bumps in the road, such as mistakes in accounting by the HOA. Tammy responded immediately to emails, followed through on everything she said she would do, and supported me throughout. I honestly do not think there is anyone else that could top the service given to me by Tammy. She had wonderful knowledge of the local area that I did not, which she made good use of in the marketing. She showed expert knowledge of the processes involved in the sale, reassuring me when I had questions related to escrow charges, and guiding me when negotiating buyer demands. Tammy always made herself available to me, held my hand when needed, and in the end negotiated a better price for the property than I had anticipated. We recently relocated and had a difficult situation with our condo building/HOA that that we feared would make a conventional sale (or any sale at all) difficult and feared we may have to hold on to the unit after we moved. Tammy found the right buyer that could see that though not perfect currently, the property would be a good investment! She was right there with us the whole way communicating with the HOA, management company, and the buyers lender to get the deal done...spending lots of time on our not flashy listing.
